* Top Rookie Team award goes to the highest placing (Overall) team

competing in their first Sanctioned 4-meat BBQ Competition. The award will be given to the rookie

team with the highest score in EITHER Toontown Smokedown, or the WDM Battle of the BBQ's in

North Battleford. A rookie team may enter both events and still be eligible.

The winning team will be determined August 7.

Competitors (Amateur / backyard division)

Open to everyone, this first competition of its kind in Saskatchewan will determine the best backyard cook in Saskatchewan!. Think you have the stuff? There's only one way to find out! All types of grills are allowed (provided by you) in this event to be held Saturday. Competitors will be given (update) pork loin and steak to grill up and serve to the judges.
