10:00 AM – 2:00 PM: BBQ Judge Certification and Training (Farmers Market - must pre-register)
2:00 PM: Farmer’s Market closes
2:30 to 4:00 PM:  Site Setup and team move-in
 
4:00 PM: Toontown SmokeDown 2011 doors open!
4:00 PM:  Vendors begin serving
4:00 PM:  Amateur / Grilling competition begins
5:00 PM:  Beer Gardens Open
5:00 PM:   BBQ / Grilling Presentation #1 - Brian Misko (House of Q)
4:00 – 8:00 PM- Kid’s Entertainment
     
6:00 PM:  Amateur / Grilling competition - First entries due to judges (Pork loin)
6:30 PM:  Amateur / Grilling competition - Second entries due to judges (Steak)
7:30 PM:  Entries due - Drake Meats Saskatchewan Bacon Challenge (open to pro / PNWBA teams) 
7:00 – 11:00 PM - Live musical performance - Rick Zona Band
9:00 PM:  Awards Ceremony for Saturday events
9:00 to midnight:   BBQ teams will be firing up their BBQ pits to begin cooking brisket and pork shoulder all night! Teams may be available to chat and answer questions throughout the entire evening.

This is the high-pressure day where the BBQ Teams are turning in their best 'Q!  They have been cooking all night and taking great care of their meat, using secret rubs, sauces, and slathers... All in a quest for prestige, cash, trophies, and the admiration of their peers!  
While the BBQ Teams are not allowed to serve their food to the public, we will have specialty BBQ vendors on site selling their Southern-inspired treats.
 
11:00 AM              Toontown Smokedown Day 2 begins!

11:00 AM              Pork entries due (PNWBA BBQ Competition)
 
12:00 PM             Brisket entries due (PNWBA BBQ Competition)
12:00 PM     Great Western Beer Gardens Open
12:30 PM            Grilling Presentation - Chef Bill Mathews  (Free)

1:00 PM               Chicken entries due (PNWBA BBQ Competition)
1:45 PM                Rib Eating Competition in the Beer Gardens (Open to the Public) 

1:00 – 4:00 PM:   Live Music performance - "All of the Above"
 
2:00 PM                 Rib entries due (PNWBA BBQ Competition)
 
3:00 PMBBQ Rib Presentation by Rob Reinhardt of Prairie Smoke & Spice BBQ, Canadian National BBQ Champion (Free)
 
4:30 PM    -    Awards Ceremony / Closing Remarks
